I'll return to my original suggestion that you should visit an athletics club and get some training from people who've learnt all about the specialist field of teaching lardies to run. Running might seem to be something that comes naturally, but in reality most people are crap at it and could do with some expert guidance to avoid injuries.And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument?
