Whigs and Tories. People often refer to the Conservatives as the Tories. But Whigs and Tories was in another time, might as well be another planet.

They did it once before, when they were the wigs (sp?).

It was the Liberals who used to be the Whigs. When the Conservatives changed their name it was from ... the Tories.
