Woman on radio last week saying that it was the lifetime tenancies that were a major problem and that as a punishment people can be put on 6-monthers. This is then reviewed in terms of behaviour/criminal activity and circumstances of occupants and renewed or cancelled as necessary. Just the threat of this is enough to keep many in line. But it's not faaaaaaiiiiirrrrr, fine, feel free to make alternative arrangements for yourselves.Comment
