Ken was saying that the cuts were part of the cause, and I agree, the other Black guy who was rubbishing Ken was a Tory suprise, suprise. Even the Police guest was saying the police cuts were causing problems.

If it is simple criminality and yobbishness why does this not happen evey year? and why hasnt it happned since eary 80s when coincedntally the tories were cutting like crazy.
