              Dealing with IB users who have a need to keep using words like "unnacceptable", "expedite" and "who do I need to escalate this with?"

              never really did that much customer interaction on projects before but it's featuring quite heavily on this one.

                This unacceptable behaviour should be punished by expediting said persons to the ground floor using a method that's much faster and less comfortable than the escalator.
