I think we should have reset day, where every single person, company and countries debts are set to 0 at once, this would solve the debt problem. Also do it with rep scores.

If you wiped out debt you would simultaneously destroy all of the accumulated wealth that was lent in order to facilitate it. Everyone would end up with nothing, not just the people who are currently minus something or other.

Your outstanding invoice is a debt. It would be wiped out. You could of course do some more work but your client would be unable to pay you because they would have no money.

The money in your bank account is a debt owed to you by the bank. That would be wiped out too.
