It's not Daily Mailers. It's the Sun and MirrorOriginally posted by SimonMac View PostOk on a serious note, its Daily Mail readers like you which has turned this into a story, in the eyes of the law there is such a thing as consensual rape, ie a 15 year old girl and her 16 year old boyfriend, as she is under age it is statutory rape even if consensual. Compare that with the other end of the scale where as a sex attack violently rapes a random women, there for Ken is right to say some rape is more serious than others.
In this case. What happens in General, stays in General. You know what they say about assumptions!Comment

Just like if you're drunk and need a wee, and don't make it home in time and have to find somewhere, plod catches you and you're on the sex offenders registerOriginally posted by SimonMac View PostOMG you really are a ****wit, my point is no not all rape is rape, the law is an ass for branding it all together.

Sorry mate but I'm calling a fail on your part, you can't have more than one level of 1st degree murder, admit your mistake and carry on rather than trying to back trackOriginally posted by russell View PostHence my use of first degree

I agree the 17 sleeping with a 15 year old is not equavient to forcing someone to have sex against their will which is what I regard as rape. That aside if there is violence then other charges can be applied, but the actual rape charge is well defined.Originally posted by SimonMac View PostSorry mate but I'm calling a fail on your part, you can't have more than one level of 1st degree murder, admit your mistake and carry on rather than trying to back trackComment
