The pre-nup won't matter either. A 68-year-old married to her won't live long enough to worry, but I'll bet he dies with a smile on his face.

They have biding prenups in USA - he's learnt his lesson...

Being super rich she can get the divorce done in England where prenups aren't binding, if they have a home in England.

However if they don't have any children from the marriage (which is likely) then English courts will stick to the terms of the prenup if they consider it "fair".
