To answer the original question I'd say the country is mainly cumming to Barry White. The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

You'll Love This
What Mr Philpott has to say about it all...
The council points out that Mr Philpott and his brood already occupy the biggest house it currently has available, but that cuts little ice with Mr Philpott, who is on benefits. He blames the council for his overcrowding problem and says its failure to allocate him a bigger home is clear proof that Britain is going to the dogs.
"I used to love my country but I'm just sick of it now. I'm really ashamed of what's happening. I think this country is going down the pan."Comment

Poor fella - the fact the council are not prepared to build him a specially designed house for his brood must breach his human rights.
You wait till Cherie finds out about this.
And you lazy barsteward tax payers - you are all being so selfish not providing fully for Mr Pisspott needsComment

It's Only Fair
Eternalnomad is right. What gives us evil, middle class, tax dodging, earning scum the right to criticise the Pisspot family. There's 17 of them and they need that level of benefit money. I mean, just look at their daily food bill...
Breakfast: 17 x Bacon and Egg McMuffin Meals @ £1.99 = £33.83
Lunch: 4 x KFC Megabucket Family Meals @ £12.99 = £51.96
Dinner: 17 x Whopper Meals @ £3.49 = £59.33
That's £145.12 per day on food alone, a whopping £52,968.80 per year - and that's without even any Sunny D to wash it down with!
We should hang our heads in shame at not doing more to support this needy family.Comment

Notice the 'compulsory' England football top that seems to be the official uniform for chavs on my local council estates also.

Hypothesis: He is angling for the council to build him a seven bedroom property which will not be possible on a council estate. He will then enforce his right to buy and will get it for peanuts. He will then sell it at a massive profit. At the same time as having a miraculous recovery and starting his own business again.I am not qualified to give the above advice!
