    I am just waiting to hear if we've exchanged contracts today, move next Thursday....
    ...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

      We had our offer on a property accepted at 30k below asking. Now we have mortgage approved and are ready to go (no chain either end) I'm about to renegotiate downwards some more on the basis of a few things the survey threw up

                    I've always sort of stuck with Capital + Repayment and then Offset. Nice and simple, know where you stand.

                      That is bad, very bad. I've got some endowments, they won't pay out what they said, but at least I'll get back what I put in+.
