We had our offer on a property accepted at 30k below asking. Now we have mortgage approved and are ready to go (no chain either end) I'm about to renegotiate downwards some more on the basis of a few things the survey threw up

My endowment with Standard Life was supposed to be worth £75k. I've always sort of stuck with Capital + Repayment and then Offset. Nice and simple, know where you stand.What happens in General, stays in General.You know what they say about assumptions!Comment
