Ring ring. Answer. Pause. Click. 'Hello sir I am phoning from Microsoft, our servers have picked up a virus on your home computer and'

'Are your parents proud of what you do, trying to scam people?'

'From Microsoft, our servers have picked up'

'Is your mum proud of you?'

    'Our servers have'

'What about your dad? Is he proud'

    'errrr virus'

'you sir are in a call centre in India, a conman, a scammer, do your parents know'

'errr. Microsoft. Why do you say that, our servers'

'I know it's a fraud. This is the UK Police Fraud Department And I'm going to trace your call and ...'
