So why do the rich people stay in such places?
OK, I can think of lots of social reasons why it's a good thing that they do, but personally I'd sell up and leave if they built a council estate near Tester Towers.

I also did a search for 'skunk spray', but there doesn't appear to be any such product. I gather the smell of the real stuff is much worse than one can even imagine.
Maybe the danger of getting some on yourself while using it had prevented it being a usefull product.
