I generally avoid Travelbodge but there are some that are not entirely grim.

TA reviews are usually pretty accurate if you ignore the extreme ones.

Thanks for that, it's just put the nail in the coffin for the travelodge idea!

Last time I was in a Travelodge, half the people at the breakfast seemed to be grabbing 30 sausages each and taking them back to their room to make sandwiches to take out for lunch. Staff didn't seem to care.
