Ah yes. That would have been somewhere near Schumann would it not? I did a 3-month contract there in 1998. Lots of Irish Bars as I recall.

Yeah, at that time The Wild Geese, The James joyce, Sin E et al. Best of all was Hermann's which was full of pintables and all the Irish bar staff used to head there when they finished at 3am.

Used to play at the sessions there on Sunday afernoons. Hermann's was officially called the Fountainbleu or something, downstairs basement place - Hermann the German's to the locals
