                  Who did you chuck those rocks at; the police (many of whom doubtless would have also opposed the law) or the people actually making the laws you opposed?

                      Nothing. It was a much fairer system.

                      I have to admit to not paying mine when I was a student.
                      Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
