It's a bad thing for you - if I can't play DODS then I'll just have to post tulip on here in the evenings...Originally posted by shaunbhoy View PostYou say that like it is a bad thing.

Why use Sky? They are piss-poor.Originally posted by AtW View PostETA to install ADSL was nearly 30 days
I hope they don't screw that up - Sky warned that if OpenReach tech can't see you on install date (£40 cost) then next appointment can cost like £100!!!
We got gates at the front!
If you had used a decent provider you can ask them to expedite the order and it can usually be done in 7 days. Have done this with Zen and Plusnet in the past when moved or had other providers piss me about. Can't believe the owner of such a magnificent company is using Sky for his home broadband. I am disappointed.
You also need to upgrade to Black Ops - it is a superb game and the MP is wicked

Whole area, and that street in particular wired up to Telewest, but not that new build house ffs - had no choice but to use Sky (excellent btw - good communal dish so easy install), pity Broadband is inevitably involvew BT, however at least I am near exchange so it should be good...Originally posted by administrator View PostWhy use Sky? Sky is good. Won't go as far as saying ADSL is good - however it's the only choice, tried it with BT but they gave same install date - it all goes via OpenReach anyway so common bottleneck does not matter who is the provider.Originally posted by administrator View PostIf you had used a decent provider you can ask them to expedite the order and it can usually be done in 7 days.
