      hmmmm
The only silence they were disrupting was their own. Rather stupid to burn a poppy but they have just as much right as anyone else to demonstrate.

      As for...

Not a bad thing to protest about in my opinion.

Its one law for them and other for us it seems. My mate 'Biter' got three years for burning a poppy.

mind you, he was smoking it through a hubbly bubbly and selling it to the street at the time

Why's he called "Biter"? On second thoughts don't answer that one

he got picked up by the fuzz and he did a runner, the police dog chased him and he bit it.

I'm going to do a story about 'biter' one day,

about the time he got 'clotheslined' by a police van. ouch

Is it just me who's noticed a complete lack of poppy sellers this year.

I'm ashamed to say that I didn't get one this year

Must be the Tories cutting everything, they were even talking about cutting the 2 minutes silence to 30 seconds.

There has been loads of them on my commute. I bought one off this old chap and managed to lose it by the time I got to work.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

                    I preferred version 1!

Was he called Fagin and did he have a little lad with him called Oliver? They've been running that scam for years!
