Just watching the highlights on the F1 forum. Rob Smedley is so blatant in how he delivers the message...
However, when he was interviewed after the race, he was singing a completely different tune - probably after he saw Stefano Domenicali fishing out a P45...

Yeah it was obvious. And they'll get away with it. Red Bull might make a fuss but it wouldn't benefit McLaren to do so.
Mr Smedley would be beating 'em off with a stick if it came to P45 time.

I think Massa did a great honest job of saying "what you think is true" afterwards. Alonso on the other hand, although a good driver I wouldn't trust him....I'm sure he knew what had happened...and I bet he knew what happened the other year also which he denied (someone crashed to help him didn't they?).
Never thought that much of Ferrari when Schumi drove for them, not a fan of them now either.
As the saying goes, "to win in F1 you have to beat your teammate which can be the hardest thing to do as they have the same equipment", or something like that. WHen you're handed wins on a plate it makes it so much easier. Although I like Schumacher, I would discount his 7 championships massively as he was often helped along.
I think there's no stopping the team orders and when done right (ie at end of championship) it's not too bad. I think recognising a 'real' champion is important however (when a driver wins without help). Unfortunately money runs(ruins?) sports these days.
Kick Ferrari out of F1 with a massive fine to boot and there will be no more team orders.
or teams will just do it more discretely? Think last year Mr Button was helped along too. I think I remember a few occassions when his team mate was unlucky, but probably wasn't down to luck (ie, long pitstop).
Not sure what;s worse, blatent team orders or team orders hidden from the viewer?
They won't do it if the price of being cause very high - put a big bounty on reliable report of such things and you'll see people who are involved talking, make sure that driver also gets banned for live and they'd be first to avoid it.
