    Didn't someone post a link to a motion detector water pistol on here long ago? Trouble is, that might scare off birds, the wife, oneself, etc., too.

          Get a bigger cat.
          Get a dog.
          Build a higher fence.
          Run very quickly at it while waving your arms and legs (is that possible?) about in a scary way.
          Worry about something more important.
