But in the boot is currently:

One roll of chef's knives

One splitting hatchet

I was too tired to hike them all out of the car last night after I finally got home from Scouts (Explorers actually). Should do something about that, I guess.

That reminds me of the acquaintance who got stopped and had his car searched. Shotgun and pickaxe in the boot.

He had a plausible explanation, but it's best to empty your boot of such things when done with them.
