      What about this 'as yet' undiscovered dark matter stuff that must exist for physics to work? Does if follow that there must also be dark anti-matter? Are they making this all up?

        They're making it all up to make the equations work. But it still doesn't. What appears to be happening is that fundamental constants, aren't.

          They're not putting faith in something that they can't prove to exist are they? I'm not a religious man but I can see the irony.
