I'd be interested in hearing about your (or anyone else's) experiences with this sort of activity. It's on my list of things to investigate wrt a business plan. (see also post's about operators)
</mode>How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Retard - it's part of their course: 2 years in Uni, plus one year of real life work topical experience, then go back to uni for another year. This way when they graduate they got far better chances because they'll have already had a year of work in a great firm run by a bright individual who is said to be ahead of his time.Originally posted by Drewster View PostYou are employing "Students" cos you will get them cheap...

How stupid are you? Can you actually read? I don't mean "do you recognise words?" I "read" as is look at words and understand them and gain some level of comprehension or meaning from them....Originally posted by AtW View PostRetard - it's part of their course: 2 years in Uni, plus one year of real life work topical experience, then go back to uni for another year. Yes, IBM apparently had their pick from that Uni earlier in the year, this might have helped as those who want/choose to work for IBM might not be the kind of people we are looking for...Originally posted by Drewster View PostMany of the biggest and most successful companies in the world employ students/interns etc its not as if you have invented the wheel you know!!Comment
