Apart from your mate being a complete morons; I do not see how the word black can be racist as black folks describe themselves as black. He should never have agreed a caution because that is like a conviction out of court and is a mark on his record. Was he cautioned while being questioned? Was he told his rights? Did he have access to a free solicitor? If not the caution should be removed.
