Do you have therapy solutions for everything?Originally posted by TheBigYinJames View PostEvery time you hear the word 'bedwetter' just exchange it for "boo hoo i wanted to be mod, s'not fair" - honestly, the amount of squealing these playground bullies are making when one of their odious little trolls gets a slap is astounding.

Can I just ask why the first headhunter thread was moved to LR...
http://forums.contractoruk.com/light...estaurant.html
It was, of sorts, about contracting more than most on general, certainly, and also I found the thread a pretty good wheeze but I never noticed any bun fights, any abuse or skullduggery.
Now I appreciate you are all rewriting the rule book just now as you have been saying for 2 weeks but until you finish this great volume of rules could we please have an insight into the rational to this decision?Comment

Until the rules are clairifed then people have a right to say the rules are subjective based upon the moderators opinions of the poster.

No, I'm stating how the forum has been operating for the 8 years or so I've been frequenting it. That doesn't appear to have changed, just the moderation all of a sudden of it as far as I can see.Originally posted by NotAllThere View PostWhy not? Snaw's telling us how we should use the forum.
Anyway, as Admin has said, the rules are out of date. We're just trying to bring _some_ order back, for when the new version goes in...
I've generally been on the side of the new mods, and didn't really get this exodus. But I'm starting to re-asses that now.Hang on - there is actually a place called Cheddar?? - cailin maith

I'd like to disentangle the new modding tendencies, which you may have a beef with fair enough, from SASguru being a self-obsessed bullying little oik who only likes the 'bear-pit' as long as he's the bear doing the biting.Originally posted by snaw View PostI've generally been on the side of the new mods, and didn't really get this exodus.
