Seriously - it's up to you. If you can hang on (potentially) for a few weeks while the ltd gets set up, and you are up for the added responsibility, then go for it.
PRINCE2 of Darkness is correct in saying that you wont get paid by a brolly until they are paid by the agent. I think you'll find that the same happens when you are a ltd.

I don't think that I've ever experienced that - the longest I've waited for being paid was weekly on 30 day terms when I was direct. When through an agency, payment has always been within the week of invoicing, which I don't think links to when they were paid by the client.

I may be wrong, though, and it happens more than I am aware of.
