    Flown KLM to Joburg.

They played adverts for Uncle Bens, then gave us Uncle Bens meals. Vile food.

I don't rate Lufthansa. Old planes and on the two flights I've taken, they've overbooked. I'm also possibly biased because a fat German guy kept sleeping on me for most of the way from Bangkok to Frankfurt.

I've flown from Tahiti to CDG via LAX (and back again).

It was fn horrible. I was late booking onto the flight (unforeseen circumstances) so got the worst seat available in economy - at the back so it didn't recline and the plane was full so no chance to move.

The cabin crew couldn't give too tulips about anything.

Food was crap, but wine was passable.

On the whole, I think I'd rather go as baggage than fly AF economy again.

Pretty much every airline overbooks - then they rely on bumping you onto a different flight if everyone turns up, and paying the legal minimum for doing so.
