    It's almost beyond satire now.
They continued her policies so shouldn't blame her.
Although the current crisis is down to her philosophy of deregulation of the financial sector taken to its logical extreme.

WHS. The hubris of the banks that led to the current mess has been brewing since the 80s. Its no surprise its an Angl-Saxon problem; the monetarist thinking that led to it was pushed by Reagan and Thatcher in the early 80s.

On assuming power Labour just let the City continue on its own merry way and tried to redistribute the income raised.

You could say that about any system of government. It was up to ensuing governments to either change her policies or run them responsibly.

I agree. Unfortunately Labour is made up of numpties who haven't a clue about and are unemployable in the real world e g. Dawn Primarolo a cretinous long-term unemployed loser catapulted into the job of Paymaster General. or John Prescott a fat twunt of a ship steward, the list is endless.

Who you'd blame your poor spelling and punctuation skills on?

I suppose that was meant to be funny, since you don't understand irony.

                  I wish it did.

I believe there should be an official abstention box. At the moment spoiling the ballot paper options lumps the protesters in with the incompetent.

The parties would never have it though as the "None of the above" option would win most seats.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
