Dozens of low mileage 6 series below 20k on AutoTrader, some below 15K even.

      One of many:

You really wanted buy a 6 series coupe when it came out new 6 years ago.

If going to spend 65K on car make sure its a new model, minor face lift doesnt cut it either.

        New Esprit I really hope.

Been waiting for that for what seems an eternity.

Until then I think I'll pass on the BMW and get a Mondeo instead, they're more exclusive.
Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

The 6-series is well overdue a replacement now - with the new 5-series coming out this year a new 6-series will surely follow, so if you thought the depreciation was bad before, it'll get much worse.

I wouldn't turn down an M6 though.. provided it had a warranty!

No, more like a pimped out 15 year old E36 but a '6' is what the 'yoof' are aspiring to.

Drive a 6 series around the estate and you'll get loads of 'reespect' ...if that's what you want.

I checked out the Evora, the Elise and Exige.

The Elise interior is lovely, the Evora - exterior very nice (same lines as an Aston), but the interior is very plain.
Exige nice in general. The Elise is my fave atm, they didn't have any Espirit.

Only downside is Mr Norr does not fit in any of them, looks like he won't be driving

The Elise is a great little car if you don't need more seats or practicality and can get in/out of the thing. Even does over 35mpg yet under 6 seconds 0-60 due to the low weight!

Had an Elise then Exige and been sitting around ever since waiting for the new Esprit.

Not sure about the Evora, seems just like a slightly larger Elise and I'd prefer something a bit more 'special' if paying that kind of money.

The lines and the interior are completely different in the Evora. But I can't see the appeal, it's a bit more clinical. The Elise has more character.

The Espirit is not out till later this year.

I can get in and out of them quite easily (being dinky at 5'3") Mr Norr on the other hand would have difficulty....

Might look at caterhams, as both of us can use it.

Caterhams are great for track days but I'd feel as exposed as Clive in his C5 out on the roads.

Not sure how good they are in a crash but I do know that the Elise is better than expected due to it's bonded aluminium chassis that acts as big side impact bars, hence why it's a bit of a struggle clambering over them!
