I'd be more concerned that they've confiscated his iphone, laptop and home pc.. anyone else see a "err by the way what's this we found on here" type prosecution coming up if his isn't charged over this?
I'm not in anyway saying he had any suspicious material on his media but if he has ANYTHING remotely suspicious then he can look forward to a bit more questioning is all I'm saying.. if the plod happen to read this, that is..

The way such warrants are worded it's any electrical equipment in the dwelling. So that'd be the kettle if they so desired.
