Unfortunately the contract also has a similar component. If the end client complains about the outsourcer's failure to deliver, and makes a major fuss about it, I get hit in the pocket. I'm there to keep the client happy. Problem is I'm uncomfortable with the make up of the team (50% newbies) and only 6 months to deliver. Ho, hum. -
