No I've mentioned a simple experiment earlier that shows CO2 has a feedback mechanism (I actually helped my nephew with it for a school project) and I've looked at the easily available Met Office data which is a simple record of UK temperatures. You can manipulate this in excel and see that temps are rising.
What is not in dispute is that CO2 emissions are rising. If you guys want to say that is not the cuase of global warming, fine, lets have a scientific argument.

When you have one bunch of scientists in one camp, providing evidence to support their theories, and you have another set of scientists in their camp, providing evidence to support their theories, your layperson such as me is stuck in the middle and left with only one option. Make your own mind up based on the evidence provided.

Now there is an argument that used to be stated a lot on the 1970s but which has disappeared and certainly has not been heard since Band Aid popped up.

I am particularly impressed by the people who I mentioned who made their case even when it was unfashionable. I liked the expose of the code that skewed the model and I liked Threadeds descriptions of motives or possible motives. Plausible without becoming a conspiracy theory.
I liked the 'Darwin' angle that showed how the base data was amended to cater for the Japanese effect. Then the amended data was amended for the heat island effect. Then the amended data was amended for the hemisphere effect. Too much manipulation SG
