Yes that must the reason for the NHS problems. Tis the immigrants and nothing to do with the fact that it's the largest socialised healthcare system in the world and that no other country is stupid enough to organise it like that.

No I think we have our own stupid Labour politicians starting with Bevan to blame for that.

When you live abroad and talk to the locals you find out why people are so keen to get here even if they take very low paid work. The 'free' health care and education for their children is a big magnet.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

OK, you seem to have an issue with 'inexperienced bikers' so maybe you could give a comparison...

It was a system born from an earlier time when the country had been through a terrible World War and the notion that Health care should be a right rather than at the whim of charity, also WW2 had put in place an fledgling infrastructure.
Its concept was noble enough - but now handicapped by increased costs and an ageing and expanding population.

Indeed and it should be scrapped. It really is mediocre even after the huge amount of cash labour have thrown at it.
What annoys me is that there is really no easy way to opt out of the system altogether as GPs are gate keepers.

I'm presuming that abroad isn't Germany, Spain, Ireland, France or switzerland.
they wouldn't come hre for the healthcare or the educashun.

You appear to have an issue... not certain what you want me to provide a comparison about

Inexperienced in this instance means unused to the performance of the vehicle ...could be a car or a bike.
