Have you considered tape changing?, believe it pays a little bit more these day as Milan's previous company in Brussels couldn't find anyone as good so they've had to up the rate a bit.

Whereabouts are you in the country, DP, and what locations / rate are you looking for?

Im in contract but I get 5 or 6 phone calls a day from all over the shop for C# / ASP.Net mostly - every now and then VB.Net.

Some want Biztalk (which Im currently getting commercial experience of - the permie chap I work with is a top guy - Im training him in .Net, hes training me in Biztalk and we are designing the standard architecture for that part of the organisation with all the new toys we can find!)

I am happy to forward on relevant info to you.

As an aside, I find VB.Net (which im currently using despite being a 3 year convert to C#) to be a good adjunct to C# - its often quicker to code a solution in VB.Net as a proof of concept, (understanding of issues faced, design decisions, use of the existing framework), then develop the idea in C#... where you have a decent set of refactoring and UML tools. I might even take the additional MCPs in VB.Net as the local banks still use mostly VB and ASP - some are C# but a natural path for some is VB.Net... who knows...
