All credit to the NHS for dealing with the job effectively, professionally and dealing with the blatant scaremongering produced by the press.

Too many people are too quick to get laid into the NHS for their faults but when the system works nobody is quick to say "well done".

Not so sure about it, but am in an "at risk" category, so would have flu jabs anyway.

Will be consulting my medical friends about whether it's such a good idea or not

I'm stating the obvious fact that there are risks associated both with having the jab and with not having the jab. Everyone should do their own research and reach their own decision. I know several professionals in the field who wouldn't go near it. Others disagree.
