House prices heading for a fall

    I cant undertand why prices have not fallen further, it just doesnt seem to add up. If there is not a further correction surely the market will simply stay flat until the prices get more realistic?

        I might have said this before (correction, I've said this multiple times before) but we're in the midsts of a W-shaped recession -- and regrettably the next government are going to take it square in the face.
