But budget was plenty cheap sir, still plenty cheap, so why matter?

The "CMM level 5" gave it away.

Not surprised by this if it is who I think it is. Fortunately this won't be the last legal fight they will be involved in as my last client co. also is not particularly happy with them.

Unfortunately they seem to be weasling their way into my current client co :-(

            HCL or Tata?

Or some other outfit I've had the amazing good fortune to avoid so far?

If it's who I think it is, they've been given the boot here too...

Hopefully not just the Bangalorians. I think the world could do without the likes of Crapita and Accenture also.

I was coming though Heathrow the other day and I saw a huge billboard promoting Accenture with the tagline "Accenture : performance, delivered". Apart from the laughing fit that followed, I had a hard time not adding on the poster "late, and over budget" and "but not to your requirements!!!"

Interesting I just had a call from a pimp who wants me to reduce my rate to go to the Middle East based on Bob Showadiwadi being able to do it cheaper.

Pimp: Yeah, but they can do it a lot cheaper than UK resource
Me: I'm sure that they can, but they'll be tulip at it and the client won't get what they want at the end. Also, Bobs being sued in the Netherlands at the moment.
                    Pimp: Oh.
                    Me: Yeah, "oh" is right.

                      Nice one.

What happened to the plans to set up offices in Oxford then?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
