spooky. i saw a tortoishell cat lying on the side of the royston bypass thismorning and thought somewhere a number of families should be moving from hoping to mourning.

they can and do get locked into places though.

my mum has a tortoishell cat known as lucky strike. he's a lovely fearless tomcat who got shut inside someone's house. he was there for 16 days without food or water. he was one very happy cat when discovered. got some proper pampering and no mistake.

Contact your local branch of Cats Protection and give them a recent photo and details of the cat. They'll put it on their website for you.

Putting pictures up in local shops and vets and lamposts (you've probably already thought of that)

It could be stuck in someone's garage, you never know, either that or summat has frightened it.

      Sorry to hear that!

I hit a cat the other day while driving. It darted from under a bush and although I stamped on the brakes I heard a clunk on the passenger side wheel. I got out to check but it was gone. I think it hit my wheel but the wife thinks I went over it as she says she felt a bump. Either way it managed to get itself away from the scene....or perhaps it was was a ghost cat.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

Not really the type of stories someone wants to hear when their cat goes missing

Have you checked it is not wedged in your back axle or wheel well?

If you like I can speak to the other cats and see if they've seen him.

Given that I've done a lot of driving over the weekend I doubt it would still be there though. If I got a cat wedged in each I wonder if I could make my Mondeo sound like one of those electric cars

I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this
