Most manufacturers share parts bins so there aren't many mainstream models that are unique to a particular marque, AFAIK BMW and Merc don't share but you pay through the nose for the privilege.
You must be ******* blind then! Saab's not bad looking!?

Its true Vauxhall / Opel and Saab were the same chassis but, vauxhall's on the insignia which uses the epsilon 3 chassis. The saabs use the old vectra chassis therefore saab's are old and out of date.

saab's also have a far higher warranty claim record and feature very high on the breakdown recovery agents list of vehicles most frequently recovered.
I couldn't give two fornicators! Yes, really!

Possibly (although that's not my experience) but the key placement location is very cool ...

The most redeeming feature is the fact it's not as common as the ubiquitous BMW and the stereotypical Saab is driver is trusted and liked on the road, now what do they say about BMW drivers??
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Indeed. And I don't drive a BMW (any more) as noted above.
