Don't underestimate just how damn good this advice is. If you've got the right attitude and enthusiasm then your half way there are a BA anyway! (Not that the agency will have a clue what is needed, and 90% of the time neither will the client).
And if you feel a bit wrong, just remember that both the agency and the client will more than likely be massively over-selling the role to you as well. If you can't beat 'em, etc.Comment
