Interestingly I've spent much of my life slagging off pols but he's probably the only reason I'd ever want to be an MP - for the sheer pleasure of walking into parliament one day and standing up in the Commons referring to the wildly homosexual utterly corrupt member of "the other place" and using Parliamentary Privilege to state a la Dan Hannan beliefs as to the future of our beloved state.

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
