Well, it takes all sorts, and yes, it peeves me off when most of the members of my favourite bands seem to be riddled with the blimmin things.

Does it change their music ? No of course not.

Do it change my perception of them, yes of course it does.
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

            And that's a shame
I know but that's just the way I was brought up and whilst I know it's irrational, it's so ingrained that it's second nature.

We are all products of our environment, and our parents, and whilst we do change as we get older, and live our own lives, one or two things stay with us, and that's just one of mine I guess.

If tats were the exclusive domain of non-chav's then I'd probably think differently. It's just that they wear them as well.

His narrow mindedness is a shame? Nope, to be expected. He's the first to get uppity when people react in a way that he doesn't like when he's dressed the way he does. I thought he was broad-minded, obviously only when it suits him. Oh well.

Fine, I was brought up to think that people who dress like you and your Mrs weren't right in the head, go figure!

WHS. Best use of the word Chav I've seen on here for ages.

                  Have it removed. Soon.

Chavs wear clothes too, but chavy clothes. This board can be very small minded and conservative (small c) sometimes. It's like the bloody WI
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
