Isn't this where ...
... sockpuppet like that horrid RichardCranium.
For a bunch of capitalistic, competitive 'filthy contractors', CUK is a special place full of special people. Good people. Intelligent people. Generous people. Kind people. People who care about right and wrong; people who care about people.
Contracting can be a solitary affair; being benched can be desperately lonely.
And without friends making a living the same way, nobody really understands what it is like. Except here in CUK.
Thank you, all, for the time you spend, and have spent and will spend, giving advice to one another, to benchees, to newbies. We all benefit from our generosity of time and wisdom.
And all provided anonymously, for free. The very definition of absolute charity. How uncharacteristic is that compared to the clichéd image as presented of us?
CUK is a special place full of special people.
And that's you, that is.
May it last forever.
Drivelling in TPD is not a mental health issue. We're just community blogging, that's all.
