        Since I mentioned BT earlier in the thread:

        "The Supplier requires that BT guarantee to pay The Supplier the full contractual rate for the full term of the contract even if The Supplier doesn't turn up for appointments or causes BT serious financial losses. The Supplier's liability to BT in the respect shall be limited to a maximum of £5 per day".

        Just what they did to me, more than once.
