For those whom have travelled on the train from Frankfurt to Darmstadt there is a stop by the name of WixHausen, which means w@nkers house in German.

There's a road near me called Circular Road. Nothing special in that, but they build a roundabout at the end of it.
The Circular Road Roundabout.
I also used to travel through Pratt's Bottom on my way to work....

My apologies to Mc for unduely inserting myself.
Anyway during a previous contract in Leicester I had the misfortune of having my trusty steed impounded merely because I had left it illegaly parked .
Had to collect my car in some dismal town halfway between Leicester and Derby , and in this town there was a street named ButtHole Lane.
How very apt for a town which impounds cars.
There you have it.
PS wonderful thing Google isnt it ?
The town is called ShepShed.
PPS Dont go there.Last edited by AlfredJPruffock; 7 November 2005, 17:25.Comment
