I'll say. It's quite a mission. 450 or so km over 4 (or is it 5) days? I hope you bought some padded shorts.

Padded shorts were non-negotiable. It's over 4 days.

Doing London to Oxford training run this weekend, then London to Southend for British Heart Foundation as another training run next weekend.
