    If so...

Which West End traffic island has probably seen more deaths than any other?
Marble Arch. Formerly Tyburn place, where the main gallows in London were situated.

    My turn...

In which street does an old lady have a small garden containing a mulberry tree?

That will be the old lady of Threadneedle Street.
The mulberry trees are significant, to do with money, but cant remember details.

        Cant think of a question.
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

Close, but no. Mulberry tree reference is a bit obscure, but the rest should be enough!

PS: the garden is actually quite hidden.

Yep! The Bank of England has a (very) private garden with a mulberry tree. The Chinese used to make money out of mulberry trees.
