This was in Focus magazine in the past year

It was said that the waves do not carry enough power? to do this.

However I suppose if the mobile is ocnstantly absorbing small trickles it may work - not sure it would work if you were on a call for 70 minutes though as I would imagine the power phone expends to make the call would be more than the power input recieved.
