Totally depends on the circumstances mate. Maybe he told BT he was moving and they didn't cease the broadband. If he's got proof that he communicated to BT to cease the line (either by way of proof of postage or acknowledgement from BT) then it's BT in the wrong. I agree with you if he's just been late paying his bill then he's not got a leg to stand on.

He says he is in dispute with BT. That doesn't sound like a couple of late payments.

'I think it is terrible that RBS can stop Nick from getting his job after all the money the government has given them' says Stacey from Romford with her norks out on page 3
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

      I preferred version 1!

Guys on this forum have had some interesting successes getting defaults removed from credit files.

I've got a ticket for Tannadice. Don't know if that's a good thing or not yet.

I'd have sacked him for reading The Sun
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

The Sun has more ABC1 readers than all the broadsheets put together. You'll find more copies of the Sun on trading floors in the City than the FT.

Page3.com is a required visit every day in my office.

Are you going to object to this from the Sun?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
