Do as I do then, business trip, expenses, etc. Everytime I decide to go over to the UK to stock up I make sure of a meeting (even if in the pub) and claim everything

I'd still question your authority on what should be worn and for what occasion.
I don't pretend to be an expert on the matter but it is clear that you are spouting some old rubbish (probably read in FHM or Nuts) about some 'rule' which was adopted during the early parts of the 19th and 20th century. Don't you think that these style 'rules' may have changed?
I'm better than dirt. Well, most kinds of dirt, not that fancy store-bought dirt... I can't compete with that stuff.
