Hang on! I'm being nagged by Windows update to put on IE 8 and you're saying IE 9 is out!!!McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."

Alternatively,"I suggest we set up a test project to assess the suitability of this product for supporting mission critical applications. It's a strategic issue and I would be very happy to organise a professional test team to help you with this bla bla bla give me some money and I'll find out if it's any good"
"What we've got at the moment works ok, so there's no need to mess around with unnecessary testing for something we don't need to use. If and when we need to migrate, other people would have tested by then and the service packs will be out, so we can just deploy anyway. I'd say a fairly low percentage (~2% or so) of websites have a page render problem with IE8.Originally posted by EternalOptimist View PostAnyone have any opinions on IE 9 ?
The guy who thinks he's my boss just asked me for advice, and boy did I have to BS for Britain
There is a 'compatibility' mode button just to the right of the URL box which can be used to remedy this.
A good example is the national statistics website. (Although I've not actually tried it with IE7). Chrome displays it fine.Comment
