IE 9 - Any Good ?

Alternatively,

"What we've got at the moment works ok, so there's no need to mess around with unnecessary testing for something we don't need to use. If and when we need to migrate, other people would have tested by then and the service packs will be out, so we can just deploy anyway. All of which saves hassle and money !"

I'd say a fairly low percentage (~2% or so) of websites have a page render problem with IE8.
There is a 'compatibility' mode button just to the right of the URL box which can be used to remedy this.

A good example is the national statistics website. (Although I've not actually tried it with IE7). Chrome displays it fine.
